Security, value, condition, identity, and logistics belong in one assessment.

No single score determines disposition. TALC organizes the available asset data, identifies gaps, and keeps commercial assessment separate from client authorization.

01 / Commercial
Remarketing and value recovery
Model, configuration, age, condition, quantity, completeness, timing, and channel suitability determine whether a remarketing assessment is useful. An assessment does not guarantee resale or a return amount.
02 / Security
Data security and media requirements
Data-bearing assets require a client-approved sanitization or destruction decision before reuse, remarketing, recycling, or transfer. Media type, policy, chain of custody, verification, and exceptions belong in the work plan.
03 / Identity
Debranding
Asset tags, client marks, configuration labels, and ownership references may need removal or documentation. The requirement should be explicit rather than assumed at the end of the project.
04 / Asset
Condition and completeness
Accessories, power supplies, rails, drives, licenses, damage, and packaging can change handling and route options. Useful intake records show both what is present and what is missing.

Secure logistics
Location, access, active operations, packing, staging, loading, transport handoffs, and target dates can be as decisive as the equipment itself.

These are possible disposition paths, not promised outcomes. Ownership, media policy, asset detail, condition, timing, downstream capability, and client approval determine what can proceed.

Redeploy or reuse	The client retains the asset for another approved use.	Destination, configuration, accessories, media requirements, and receiving handoff.
Return to owner or lessor	Ownership or lease terms require transfer to a named party.	Ownership records, return conditions, media requirements, packing, and proof of handoff.
Remarket or resell	The asset is approved for commercial assessment after ownership, data, condition, and channel review.	Detailed identity, configuration, quantities, condition, completeness, timing, and client approval.
Recycle	Continued use or remarketing is not the approved disposition.	Media requirements, equipment grouping, pickup conditions, downstream capability, and required reporting.
Physically destroy	Client policy or media condition requires an approved physical-destruction path.	Authorized media population, custody controls, approved provider and method, exception handling, and final records.
